At DraculaClothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gothic attire; if an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

Ship to Our Warehouse

Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our return center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Processing and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
